Job Description:

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  4. Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Participate in solution design discussions and provide insights on business needs.
  5. Testing and Validation: Collaborate with QA teams to develop and execute test plans. Ensure that solutions meet business requirements and perform as expected.
  6. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a similar role.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Job Description:
